Josef Duchoň - folk puppet maker, worked in West Bohemia, his theatre was called "Pošumavské loutkové divadlo" (Sumava Puppet Theatre), The family tradition of puppet making began in 1860 with his father Antonín Duchoň, the theatre operated until 1951 under the management of Josef’s son František Duchoň. Josef Duchoň also designed the puppets. The puppets include three original programs from the theatre company.
